Project Manager within the group's global Sarbanes-Oxley Program, responsible for IT General Controls. Worked with a team of IT Subject Matter Experts to produce a generic set of SOX IT General Controls along with a detailed methodology for applying and testing them globally. They were developed using the ITGC COBIT and COSO guidelines mapped to HSBC's own robust IT control framework.

Project-managed an integrated Client Reporting development for HSBC Private Bank. It delivered high-quality consolidated banking and investment reports. The bank established a strategic global reporting platform inn Geneva using Actuate. A new Java/Websphere application was developed in London to extract data from several legacy systems for transfer into Geneva's DB2/Actuate platform.

Following a Prince-based methodology, managed the full system development life-cycle, from initiation, through feasibility, requirements analysis and definition, build management and testing strategy.
